1.        The Bill’s general principles

1.1         Do you support the principles of the Curriculum and Assessment (Wales) Bill?

No

1.2         Please outline your reasons for your answer to question 1.1

1.there is evidence of a global roll out and people are unaware.

2. the evidence to support the global roll out comes from mainly 3rd world countries, this does not and cannot apply to us.

3. RSE being brought to our schools with little explanation on a very serious and important change.

4. england piloted this scheme encouraging 4 year olds to sexually stimulate.

5 this is a massive safeguarding issue, training issue and is negligent across the board.

6. Mandated subjects will be English, Welsh, RVE and RSE who do these four subjects help children grow into functioning adults in society?

7. Ite does not give parents the right to opt out, breaching parents rights to respect for their religious and philosophical convictions under Article 2, protocol 1, (Right to education), conscience and religion under Article 9 of the european and convention of human rights.

8 Parents have not been informed of children's sexual right and reproductive rights .

1.3         Do you think there is a need for legislation to deliver what this Bill is trying to achieve?

No there is no need for legislation, policies would work far better.

We want the RSE removed

No at all.

3.        Unintended consequences

3.1         Do you think there are there any unintended consequences arising from the Bill? If no, go to question 4.1

Yes there is going to be even more of a massive increase on child on child attacks, a lot of very unhappy and angry parents and no justice for the innocent children and families

im guessing the public will be paying for the fall out of this bill and we the public will be footing the court costs and solicitors fees...
